- Responsible for greeting patients, patient registration, insurance verification, updating patient records, and collecting payments.
- Manages the scheduling of patients and creation of patient charts.
- Answers the office phone and attends to caller's needs in a timely manner.
- Market our services in-person and on social media
- Complete specialty referrals and prior authorizations in a timely manner
- Complete x-ray and medical supply orders in a timely manner
- Manage incoming faxes and paperwork.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

**Qualifications**
- Must have a high school diploma or GED or College degree.
- Medical experience is preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of billing and coding is a plus.
- Must be able to work full-time.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service skills.
- Should be organized and detail-oriented and work well in a fast-paced setting.

Start Date: ASAP
