**Position Overview**

As a Partner/Store Manager, you will manage the operations of an assigned location and enjoy partnership benefits, including eligibility to share in the profits of the organization. The minimum income for this role is $100,000 per annum, with potential earnings from profit-sharing being uncapped. No capital investment is required; your investment will be your time, effort, and expertise.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a diverse team.
- Drive sales and profitability through effective management and innovative strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Ensure the store meets its financial and operational objectives.
