We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Desktop Support and Inventory Specialist to join our team with the Operations & Testing Division.
- ** This is a temporary role not to exceed 25 weeks. **_
Objective:
- IT Desktop Support and Inventory Specialist
- Perform other duties as required
**Here’s what you’ll need**:
**Requisition Qualifications**:
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in a related area or experience in the field
- Administrative knowledge of Windows 10 & 11, Windows Server, Active Directory
- Demonstrated experience installing patches, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining computers
- Hands-on experience with server upgrades, patch management, and server transitioning
- Proficiency in creating scripts or programs to automate tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
**Requisition Preferences**:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in IT related field
- Experience with:
- ServiceNow or any other workflow automation platforms
- Microsoft 365
- SharePoint
- Printers & Print Servers
- Active Directory

**Essential Functions**
**Work Environment**
Generally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on task.
**Physical Requirements**
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods (90% of time). May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. (5% of time).
**Equipment and Machines**
Standard office equipment (PC, telephone, printer, etc.).
**Attendance**
Regular attendance in accordance with established work schedule is critical. Ability to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and surge requirements.
**Other Essential Functions**
Professional behavior that enhances productivity and promotes teamwork and cooperation. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk/hazard to the employee or others.
