We are seeking a forward-thinking, entrepreneurial-minded individual who excels at building relationships with both team members and residents. The Community Manager will report to the Market Rate Regional Manager and is responsible for overseeing the operational and financial performance of 2101 Church St. This role is crucial in ensuring community success and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement policies and innovative solutions to improve processes and enhance resident satisfaction.
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance activities to maintain high standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop on-site staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Encourage professional growth and development within the team, aligning with company goals.
- Ensure proper adherence to and utilization of the property's technology stack.
- Assist in the preparation and management of the annual budget.
- Analyze financial performance, develop strategies to achieve financial goals, and optimize revenue.
- Complete month-end and year-end financial and occupancy reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with regional and marketing departments to assess traffic and review lead sources.
- Optimize leasing strategies to attract and retain residents, ensuring high occupancy rates.
- Maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all lease requirements and company policies.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the community and its residents.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in community management practices.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years’ experience in property management required
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams
- Experience with centralization practices and technology adoption
- Proficiency with YARDI
- Proficient in GSuite
**Education**: Education: High School Diploma or GED
