**Front Desk Clerk Auditor**

Fairfield by Marriott, in Innsbrook is looking for a Guest Service Representative.

**Shifts vary between 7am-3pm, 12pm-8pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am**

Applicants must have excellent customer service skills, a friendly and positive attitude

**Must be able to work weekends, holidays, be dependable and be a team player.**

**Essential Functions**:

- Assists with opening and closing duties by monitoring front desk schedule and communicating with management and other staff members.
- Maintains cleanliness of front desk area including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, etc.
- Assists with guest orientation and training as needed.
- Assists with other administrative duties as needed.
- Follows all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Performs other duties as required by manager.

**Requirements**:

- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time, stand for long periods of time, walk for extended periods of time, sit at a desk or computer keyboard for extended periods of time, climb stairs frequently (sometimes multiple times per day). Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; climb stairs may be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
