Derma Health is seeking a dedicated and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our successful group of medical aesthetic clinics. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include answering phone calls, addressing patient inquiries, troubleshooting concerns, scheduling appointments, and following up on new patient leads. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality customer care and possess excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, we would love to have you as part of our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients over the phone
- Schedule appointments and manage client inquiries
- Educate clients about our services and products
- Maintain accurate client records and handle administrative tasks
**Qualifications**:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

- Strong organizational abilities
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
