About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the team
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, ensuring that customers receive the best possible advice and recommendations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required; additional languages a plus
