Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer/data entry skills
  • CPR certification within 30 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of court reservation systems
  • Bilingual
Working Conditions

This position requires standing for long periods of time, walking, lifting, grasping, bending, and kneeling. Substantial repetitive movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers are also required.

This position requires close visual acuity to perform activities such as greeting guests, answering phones, reading and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, and viewing computer monitors.
