Office Administrative Assistant

The duties for the position include:
- Answering Phones
- Scheduling customers with our Housecall Pro system.
- Assist in managing/scheduling in-progress customer projects.
- Assist in inter-office communication (sales, production, and office)
- Process credit card payments
- Working in a team environment with a great attitude.
- Scheduling, Production Scheduling in the home service industry is a plus.
This list is not all encompassing and other duties may be assigned. Must have typing experience and be comfortable adapting to a fast-paced environment when necessary. Summit is looking for a team player that can grow into additional responsibilities as need arises.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
