**Position Overview**:
As the Operations & Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the day-to-day operations of our organization, managing key projects, and driving development initiatives to sustain and grow our impact. You will work closely with our dedicated team to ensure smooth operations, successful initiative execution, and strategic advancement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior staff to execute, manage, and streamline organizational operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, including performing general office administrative work.
- Assist in implementing project plans, timelines, budgets, and execution, ensuring timely and successful completion of projects.
- Monitor project progress, along with senior staff, to identify potential risks or challenges and bring to senior staff suggested implementation of corrective actions as needed, leveraging insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of projects and development efforts.
- Responsible for tracking ongoing tasks to ensure that grant reports for foundation/philanthropic grants are completed and submitted in a compliant and timely manner.
- Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule, and/or budget.
- Maintain, arrange, and track schedules and travel for co-presidents.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as nonprofit management, public administration, business administration, political science) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in project management, operations management, development, or related roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Commitment to the mission and values of the League of Women Voters Florida.
- Experience working with volunteers, strong customer-service orientation.
- Must be proficient using Google Drive and Microsoft programs including Excel and Word.
- Proficient in Adobe and Canva.
- Proficient in running general office equipment, copier, scanner, fax, computer, and other commonly used office apps like Zoom and Doodle.
