Assistant Property Manager

Baltimore, United States ESL Management Full time

We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to become an integral part of our team You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leasing, calling prospective tenants, showing apartments
- Preparing leases and assist in getting a unit ready for lease/move in
- Assist with lease renewals
- Assist with resident issues and impute maintenance request
- Assist maintenance in access to units and coordinating with residents
- Assist with collections by calling, door knocking and handing out notices

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years experience experience with leasing and property management
- Strong closure with leasing
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Self starter able to work by them selves in the onsite office

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:
