Job Description Summary:
Snyder's Recycled Auto and Truck Parts is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Support and Collaboration:

- Assist in the daily operations of the customer service team.
- Support Sales, Delivery and Production Departments.
- Coordinate shifts to maintain adequate service coverage.
- Customer Service Excellence:

- Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Process Support:

- Identify and suggest improvements to customer service procedures.
- Assist in implementing new customer service strategies.
- Process orders for customers.
- Contribute to the preparation of performance and metric reports.
- Interdepartmental Coordination:

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Assist in managing projects impacting customer service operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English and Spanish (Bilingual).
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.
- Experience in sales support and inventory management is a plus.
