This is a great entry-level position ideal for individuals interested in a career in health care or working in a dental office. As a sterilization technician, you will be a part of our back office team responsible for sterilizing instruments, equipment, and rooms. No prior experience is needed as training will be provided on the job

Location: Philadelphia, PA (located on Allegheny Ave.)

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Wednesday 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, Friday 7:30 am - 1:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (1x-2x Month)

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare work areas for treatments and procedures
- Disinfect and sterilize tools, equipment, chairs, counters, and surfaces, using sterilizers, aerators, or washers
- Check sterile supplies to ensure that they are not outdated
- Deliver tools to specified locations in the office
- Maintain records of inventory or tool usage and relay information to the office manager to replenish supplies when inventory is low
- Stock dental supplies

Qualifications:

- Proficient in English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Able to multitask and prioritize
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Collaborative, team player
- Ability to pass pre-employment background clearances required to work with pediatric patients
