**Requirements**:

- Location: This is an IN-HOUSE position based in Woodland Hills, CA.
- The position is offered at $18/hr to start, with the possibility of more with good experience and portfolio.
- Must have previous content creation work to show from past clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Focus on increasing brand awareness and growing account followings across various social media platforms.
- Plan, create, and execute engaging content across multiple platforms to elevate brand presence.
- Work with the US team on ideas, then independently manage content creation, distribution, and posting.
- Some on-site client content creation is required.
- Monitor trends, analyze analytics, and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare documents, and ensure seamless operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Assertive with strong leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
- Previous marketing agency experience is required
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and trends.
- Detail-oriented with an eye for design errors.
- Creative mindset with a talent for crafting engaging content.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to balance social media tasks with executive support responsibilities.
- Proven history of growing social media accounts substantially.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to evolving social media needs.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
