We are looking for a dynamic individual who can be our "Director of First Impressions," managing a variety of administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. **Job responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls.
- Schedule sales appointments and enter new leads into CRM database.
- Verify and enter time sheet data on a weekly basis.
- Enter warranties with manufacturers.
- Take customer payments over the phone.
- Accounts Receivable functions: Use company collections procedures to collect all past due customer invoices.
- Complete other administrative tasks as assigned by office manager and administrative director.

**Qualifications**:

- College degree or equivalent work experience.
- QuickBooks experience.
- Experience in Roofing or construction is a PLUS.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word & Excel, Knowledge of Accounting software.
- Ability to use Excel spreadsheets reports (create/update formulas).
- Experience answering phones and working multi-line phone system.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
