- Recruit, interview, evaluate and onboard new hires.
- Ensure employment practices are in compliance with applicable local, state and federal regulations.
- Process and maintain leave requests such as absences, vacation, FMLA, workers compensation, ADA.
- Perform employment administration including coordinating review process, policy and program development and implementation and employee relations.
- Assist with benefit and compensation administration.
- Participate with safety program
- Assist with development and implementation of training programs. Summary As a Human Resource Manager, you will be a key player in overseeing all aspects of human capital management within our organization. With core skills in employee evaluation, talent management, and strategic planning, you will be responsible for optimizing our workforce's performance and ensuring employee satisfaction. Your premium skills in employment & labor law, negotiation, and talent acquisition will be crucial in handling complex HR issues and attracting top talent. Leveraging your relevant skills in OSHA compliance, change management, and data analysis, you will drive continuous improvement in our HR processes. Join our team and lead the way in shaping a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field - 5+ years of experience in Human Resources management - Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations - Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processing - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - SHRM certification preferred - Ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution effectively - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting - Experience in strategic planning and talent management - Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year Benefits:
