This individual will spearhead the alignment with our practice vision, patient experience enhancement, clinical efficiency optimization, and financial growth and stability.
Key Responsibilities:
**Staff Recruitment and Training**:
Lead the recruitment, hiring, and training process for new staff members.
Coordinate ongoing training initiatives to ensure staff competency and alignment with organizational objectives.
**Sales Goal Communication**:
Effectively communicate monthly, weekly, and daily sales goals to the team, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
**Data Utilization and Business Alterations**:
Utilize data analytics to assess clinic performance and implement necessary alterations to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
**Protocol Development and Maintenance**:
Develop and maintain all clinic-related protocols to streamline day-to-day activities and enhance patient experiences.
Ensure meticulous record-keeping of patient encounters and maintain customer relationship records.
**Interdepartmental Coordination**:
Hold monthly interdepartmental meetings to disseminate new agendas and ensure cohesive execution.
Follow up with department heads to ensure proper execution of assigned tasks and initiatives.
Train and oversee call center and front desk teams, ensuring exemplary customer service and adherence to organizational standards.
**CEO Collaboration and Client Experience Enhancement**:
Collaborate closely with the CEO and Clinic Managers to ensure exceptional client experiences and satisfaction.
Continuously seek opportunities to transform patient experiences into brand advocacy for BYou Laser Clinics.
**Flexibility and Team Leadership**: Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate patient and clinic needs, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Oversee, train, and guide team members, including aestheticians, injectors, and receptionists, to maintain quality service and uphold organizational standards.
**Operational Efficiency and Financial Performance**: Ensure clinic flow optimization, appointment timeliness, and excellent customer service to meet and exceed sales goals.
Manage purchase orders, inventory control, and overall clinic operations to ensure smooth functioning.
**Team Motivation and Development**:
Conduct monthly team meetings and building sessions to foster a culture of learning and growth.
Motivate and inspire team members to achieve production and collection targets.
**Administrative Duties**:

Oversee staff scheduling and maintain inventory of office supplies and clinical equipment.
**Adaptability and Additional Tasks**:Ensure adherence to processes and protocols, including inventory management, and accommodate any other tasks provided by the CEO for both corporate and franchise concepts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in clinic management or similar role within the aesthetics industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and utilization for strategic decision-making.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, as per clinic requirements.
Ability to inspire and motivate team members towards achieving organizational goals.
