Position Overview:
As a Certified Clinical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Regional Clinical Manager to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care during clinic operations.

This is a full-time position with flexible hours, requiring availability between 7am and 8pm, including weekends. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome patients and guide them to examination rooms; assist with form completion as needed.
  • Familiarize yourself with clinic technology and adhere to company protocols.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and accommodate patient needs, including transportation arrangements and rescheduling.
  • Contact insurance providers to confirm patient eligibility.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as copying, filing, and faxing.
  • Address patient inquiries and ensure their needs are met at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of procedure rooms.
  • Assist physicians during Endovenous Laser Therapy procedures, following specific instructions and preferences.
  • Prepare patients for procedures and ensure proper cleanup afterward.
  • Provide patients with post-procedure instructions and information on medication procurement.
  • Monitor and replenish supply levels as necessary.
  • Apply knowledge of sterile techniques and OSHA regulations.
  • Prepare IV solutions as required.
  • Train new staff members as needed.
  • Support ultrasound staff when necessary.
  • Transport supplies or equipment as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Compensation:
Pay rate ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Weekend availability is mandatory.
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant (CCMA/CMA/RMA) is required.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
