**Summary**

**_ Case Development is an entry level position starting at $16/hour + bonus opportunity_**

**Responsibilities**
- File appeals for clients in a timely manner within the parameters of Social Security Administration's deadlines
- Assist clients with questions they have regarding their paperwork and answer any other questions they may have regarding the process
- Communicate with SSA (Social Security Administration) relating to your client's claim
- Review files for potential issues that could affect the clients claim
- Review and Prepare RFH (request for hearing) files for transfer to the legal teams
- Interact with attorneys and present case synopsis when required
- Manage case files from intake to closing under the direction of an attorney
- Maintain organized case files
- Daily interaction with existing and potential clients, both via telephone and in person
- Work directly with multiple coworkers involved in the management and support of case files
- Other administrative duties at the discretion of management

**Qualification**
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday (open availability)
- Ability to be a team player and follow procedures
- Must possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage workload with a positive attitude and mínimal supervision
- Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail
