_Landscape Division Manager_

Oversee and manage all aspects of Landscape Division for an established and reputable lawncare and landscaping company, Greener Images, which has been in business since 2006. The position oversees landscape construction installation projects for commercial, builder, and residential projects in the Bryan/College Station area.

This position will oversee the landscape installation crew to ensure they are working efficiently, schedule crew accordingly, communicate effectively with customers, property managers and company team members. Prepare bid and estimates, order materials, and manage inventory. Responsible for making property inspections of commercial properties and preparing proposals to sell enhancements to the properties. Greener Images also installs Christmas Lights during the off season and the landscape manager also has an integral role in managing the crews for Christmas Light installation and providing bids to customers.

REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must have management experience including managing multiple employees, as well as knowledge and experience working in the landscaping industry. Must be reliable and organized with a consistent work history. Looking for a team player seeking a secure, stable working environment. Landscape design experience is not required, however if the applicant has experience, it can be incorporated into this position. Bilingual is not a requirement but is a plus.

References are required. Clean driving record. Salaries position based on experience with a company vehicle and bonus potential. Paid holidays and vacation.
