We are looking for a hardworking Sr. Project Manager to join our team As a Project Manager, your responsibility may include coordination of all aspects of projects with material ordering, client communication, internal updates on various platforms & project close out. Position will also be responsible for estimating projects, site supervision of one to multiple sites and travel.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the oversight of day-to-day construction activities and the successful execution multiple projects simultaneously
- Manage various projects which includes, review scopes of work, estimates, and proposals.
- Accept and manage work orders using Fusion, Service Channel, and other client platforms.
- Provide daily updates to internal teams & clients.
- Maintain an update to date project tracking on various platforms.
- Respond to queries from the various accounts requesting updates.
- Prepare bid docs including photo pages, phasing plans, scope of work (SOW).
- Process invoices from subcontractors, i.e., match invoice to PO, receive Waivers, forward to A/P, file in Salesforce Box.
- Invoice clients, collect and upload closeout docs.
- On site job supervision

- Travel is required

**Education and Experience**
- 5+ years of project management experience required.
- Exercise judgement and discretion with respect to business matters of significance to the operations of the business.
- Ability to make decisions after various options have been considered.
- Must meet and follow all safety requirements and applicable safety policies.
- Proven performance in leading high performing teams and achieving results through others by coaching, mentoring and target setting.
