**ABOUT THE TEAM**

As a strategic partner of SEEC, the **HR department** is responsible for all things worker-related. It takes the lead in talent acquisition (recruitment), benefits, and employee relations. HR is dedicated to attracting and retaining top talent, nurturing positive employee relationships, and developing competitive compensation and benefits programs to elevate employee satisfaction and retention

**IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL**:
**Talent Sourcing Activities.**
- Coordinates with Recruitment Specialist and HR Manager to determine open positions and
- Ask for referrals from current employees and external

**Full-cycle Recruitment Activities**
- Assists with job posting and advertisement
- Schedules interviews, oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials as
- Assists with the interview process, scheduling, attending and/or conducting interviews with hiring managers when necessary.
- Assists with special
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- One year of recruitment experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills (comfortable talking to and engaging with all sorts of people they don’t know)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to
- Ability to work in a high energy and hands-on
