Customer Service Representative for a Port Drayage

- At least two years of experience in the port drayage industry
- Proficient in English
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Mandarin
- Complete confirmation of shipments with customers and vendors;
- Coordinate loading/unloading appointments;
- Ensure incoming phone calls are handled from customers to mitigate issues and resolve problems.
- Provides regular interface with customer to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry of all services performed.
- Maintain and develop strong working relationship with CSR team as well as Dispatch Staff.
- Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch information.
- Knowledge of delivery orders and scheduling pick up and deliveries
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
