Culmen International is currently looking to recruit a Finance Analyst to assist the United States International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) in Washington, D.C.

Roles & Responsibilities:
The Finance Analyst is tasked with providing a broad spectrum of advisory and analytical services to the COO and OCOO staff, focusing on key operational areas such as managing DFC's investment pipeline, enhancing investment operations, and coordinating business development throughout DFC, including its expanding international presence.

The role encompasses direct administrative, technical, and research support for special projects and partnerships overseen by the COO, necessitating collaboration with OCOO staff and other business lines.

The Analyst will aid in the efficient management of DFC's investment pipeline to guarantee the prompt execution of projects aligned with strategic priorities and capable of generating substantial development impact. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data pertinent to DFC's pipeline, aiding in regular pipeline reviews with DFC leadership, and ensuring project tracking and monitoring, as well as the availability of essential information for decision-makers.

Furthermore, the Analyst will assist in formulating and executing operational strategies and process enhancements aimed at achieving improved investment results, heightened efficiency, and an enhanced client experience. This effort will involve cooperation with various DFC offices and may target areas such as business development, transaction review, investment processes, and portfolio monitoring. The Senior Associate is charged with providing significant, actionable analysis and recommendations to bolster business performance.
