Key Responsibilities
  • Assess renewable energy generation and storage projects/portfolios for potential acquisition.
  • Assist in the negotiation of offtake agreements and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
  • Provide analytical support to aid in the commercialization of assets.
  • Develop and manage financial models while coordinating due diligence efforts with internal teams and external partners.
Required Qualifications
  • Analyst Level - relevant experience including internships in investment banking, finance, or consulting, ideally within the energy or renewables sectors.
  • Associate Level - a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, finance, or consulting, preferably in the energy or renewables sectors.
  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Proficient in advanced financial modeling techniques (preferably including VBA).
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint is essential.

Candidates must be prepared to work in the company's Washington, D.C. office at least 2 days per week. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided for this role.
