- Support the family office operations by providing administrative support to the VP of Kacmarcik Family Office in addition to other members as needed.
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to: assisting with special projects; collecting and preparing documents for meetings; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements; and completing expense and mileage reports.
- Provide concierge services as needed to the CEO and his family members by coordinating business and private travel, including arranging passports, travel, lodging, restaurants, and other entertainment as required.
- Arrange logistics for business meetings, ensuring the room is set up and any meals / refreshments are arranged.
- Preparation of agendas, documentation and minutes / records of meetings as required.
- Manage a clean, organized office while maintaining the appropriate levels of supplies and providing hospitality to all guests to create a welcoming environment.
- Manage and distribute family / company resources such as theater passes, sports event tickets, etc.
- Other projects & duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the family office.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion with all matters relating to personal and office related matters.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Minimum of five years’ experience as an executive / personal assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills that reflect the ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
- Maintain a high standard of etiquette and confidentiality in representing the family office.
- Flexibility to work additional hours as necessary.
- Excellent writing, communication, and proofreading skills.
- High emotional intelligence, self-awareness and mediation ability.
