**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Coordinating with vendors for office maintenance and equipment troubleshooting
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Support and maintain a filing system
- Creating and managing an online office schedule
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
- Proficiency in MS Office, Gmail and Google Calendar
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
