**Daily Responsibilities**:

- Accurately prepare and deliver all required member disclosures per compliance requirements.
- Identify potential risk concerns with the loan file.
- Calculate gross monthly income utilizing submitted documentation.
- Ensure timely receipt and proper completion of all loan documents per compliance requirements.
- Organize documentation in established file order for underwriter review.
- Order third-party services and documents as needed.
- Conduct timely review of documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Follow-up on any outstanding items in a timely manner.
- Prioritize workload to manage high volume of loan files.
- Track active loan files and clear underwriter conditions to meet expected closing date.
- Complete regulatory compliance function in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide regular loan file status updates to Mortgage Loan Originators.
- Perform file maintenance within the XP2 custom data fields.
- Cross train within the department to provide back-up coverage as needed.
- Assist department manager with projects and assigned tasks.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Six months or more of similar or related experience.
- Equivalent to a high school education.
