**Duties**:

- Manage the front desk by greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
- Coordinate vendor relationships and manage office supplies inventory
- Schedule management for appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain organizational systems and ensure office cleanliness
- Calendar management for executives and team members
- Supervise a team of administrative staff and provide guidance as needed
- Handle payroll processing and assist with basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively
- Experience with payroll procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus
