**Position Overview**: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This full-time position requires a highly dependable and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in scheduling and on-call duties, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional care. This role is pivotal to our operations and will evolve as our company grows.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain client care schedules, ensuring optimal coverage
- Handle on-call duties as required, providing support to clients and caregivers
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and their families
- Coordinate and oversee client care, ensuring high standards of service
- Utilize computer systems for scheduling and client management
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Provide hands-on caregiving as needed

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a management position
- Proven scheduling experience in a similar role
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable transportation
- Highly organized, punctual, and caring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with computer systems
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on caregiving experience is a plus
- Experience with dementia care is a plus

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
