Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Research Assistant. As a Research Assistant, you will provide administrative support and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

**Duties**:

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Transcribe documents and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Greet visitors and provide assistance at the front desk
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Collaborate with team members on various projects and provide project coordination support

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in data entry related job preferred
- Proficient in basic computer skills with ability to learn industry-specific programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
