Super, Awesome & Amazing is seeking a dynamic and responsible individual to join our team as a Shift Leader at our active entertainment center. The Shift Leader will play a crucial role in day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers while maintaining a positive and efficient work environment for our staff.

**Responsibilities**:
Cash Handling:

- Oversee cash registers and transactions during the shift.
- Ensure accuracy in cash handling procedures.
- Prepare cash reports and reconcile discrepancies.

Employee Training:

- Conduct on-the-job training for new employees.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members.
- Ensure staff is well-versed in safety protocols, customer service, and operational procedures.

Maintenance and Inspections:

- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address any issues promptly.
- Ensure a clean and well-maintained environment for both employees and customers.

Customer Service:

- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

Safety:

- Enforce safety protocols and guidelines for both staff and customers.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and drills.
- Investigate and report any safety incidents or violations.

Daily Operations:

- Supervise and delegate tasks to team members.
- Manage the opening and closing procedures of the entertainment center.
- Ensure inventory levels are maintained and report any shortages.

Team Collaboration:

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Communicate effectively with other shift leaders, managers, and staff.
- Assist in the coordination of special events and promotions.

Problem Solving:

- Address operational challenges in real-time.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement solutions.
- Propose improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Adaptability:

- Be flexible and adaptable to changes in scheduling and responsibilities.
- Assist in other duties as assigned by the management team.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles.
Understanding of safety protocols in an active entertainment setting.
