The **Production Operator **will undertake all aspects of production, safety and quality, fully contributing to the total operations of the company.

**Key contributions of this position**:

- Physical requirements - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders and stairs. Walking, bending, stooping is required. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment including the use of a respirator. Must be able to respond to visual and audible alarms.
- Job related experience preferred.
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Ability to work rotational 8-hour shifts.
- Must operate within established standard operating procedures
- Follows all safety procedures associated with machine center
- Responsible for production and packaging per customer specification
- Understands and participates as required in quality and safety checks
- Work at pace set to achieve conformance to production schedule
- Read and follow instructions
- Troubleshoot problems throughout production run
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures, if necessary
- Maintains high standards of cleanliness in work area
