Objective:

The primary goal of this role is to uphold the standards of the food safety program, ensuring that all equipment is maintained and the bakery area is kept tidy and organized. This position is responsible for the efficient production of a variety of baked goods daily. Key tasks include preparing dough, shaping and scoring, proofing, baking, and finishing products such as donuts, pastries, and breads. Additionally, this role involves packaging finished goods by category and preparing retail packs, boxes, and labels.

  • Oversee packaging and shipping of bakery products
  • Effectively operate all necessary equipment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Role Requirements:

Preferred Experience:

Physical Demands:

Specific vision abilities necessary for this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
