Architectural Review Administrator Iii

**JOB FUNCTION/PURPOSE**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manages the workflow of assigned associations for architectural requests.
- Facilitates communication between homeowners, the architectural review committee, and other relevant parties during the review process.
- Performs general office support duties including data entry, copying, filing, mailing, uploading documents and faxing; May also perform support tasks related to customer service and finance as needed.
- Provide guidance to homeowners on the architectural review process, including submission requirements and design guidelines.
- Document and maintain records of architectural review decisions, including approvals, denials, and conditions.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education/Experience**: High School Diploma or GED and equivalent experience.

**Communication**: Communicates clearly & professionally. Contributes to a positive internal & external customer experience. Maintains composure in challenging situations. Collaborates with others. Asks for constructive feedback.

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:The work environment is characteristic of an office environment: sitting, standing, walking, bending and lifting are required to perform job responsibilities. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 20 lbs.
