Ultimately, you will work directly with an Office/Operations Manager.

Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee. When these occasions arise, the employee is **EXPECTED** to fully carry out these duties.
- Providing introductory information to new customers (Memberships)
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services.
- Letting customers or clients know about **additional products or services.**:

- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions.
- Escalating queries and concerns.
- Customer Service
- Acquire full knowledge of all Programs/Field
- Work with customers and Sales Team to resolve issues
- Form professional relationships with customers
- Shop Duties

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Manages Main Phone Line
- Maintain Account Records
- Additional responsibilities and duties as required to support the team when requested.
