- Manage contract negotiations, including price and terms, with suppliers, subcontractors, and other external partners
- Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding contract-related matters
- Conduct regular contract audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Coordinate with legal and procurement teams to ensure proper documentation and execution of contracts
- Develop and maintain a contract database, including tracking key milestones, deadlines, and contract obligations
- Stay updated with industry best practices and trends related to contract management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in contract management within the EPCI industry
- Working experience preferably in Offshore, Subsea, or Onshore Oil and Gas related projects
- In-depth knowledge of contract types, such as lump-sum, unit price, and cost-reimbursable contracts, commonly used in the EPCI industry
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, standards, and practices (e.g., API, ISO, ASME)
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to review and analyze complex contractual documents
- Proficient in using contract management software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite
- Professional certifications related to contract management (such as CPCM or CCM) are highly desirable
