Quality Assurance Assistant

Job Description: Responsible for and assisting with various Quality office functions Main

**Responsibilities**:
1. Executing QC special customer requirements prior to shipment which includes customer portal work, bar code generation, special inspections, documentation upload, etc.

2. The daily sorting and scanning of all quality managed documents.

3. Executing special customer required packaging and labeling.

4. Executing documentation retrieval requests as needed.

5. Daily RMA check-ins and reason for return identification.

Secondary Responsibilities:
1. Assisting with the processing of RMAs as needed.

2. Assisting in special inspections of customer orders or stock parts as needed.

3. Other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:
1. Must work 40 hours a week with exceptional attendance record

2. High school diploma or equivalent

3. Strong computer skills including MS Office (SAP experience is a plus)

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:
