**Overview**:
Drone Home Media is seeking a marketing and administrative assistant to join our team to provide support to both our marketing department and our administrative team. This is an in-person position and will be 32-40 hours per week. This position will report to our Marketing Manager and Lead Photo Editor.

Drone Home Media is a premier media company specializing in real estate media and marketing. For the last 10 years, this business has grown from being a one-person operation to 18 full-time employees with in-depth knowledge of real estate marketing services while keeping up with the latest technology and equipment.

Known as the one-stop shop for all of our client's needs, our mission is to consistently deliver high-quality services. The DHM team is always open to accepting creativity, new ideas, and unique perspectives and encourages all team members to pursue what inspires them. It's this dynamic range that allows us to take our client's vision and transform it into reality, delivering exceptional results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Marketing
- Assist the Marketing team with the planning and scheduling of social media posts for clients and DHM.
- Brainstorm and execute new social media campaigns for DHM social pages
- Assist with client engagement on social platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc
- Keep track of insights and analytics on social media client pages.
- Other marketing tasks are assigned as needed to support marketing efforts
- Administrative
- Assist the Admin team with prepping client media, including photos, floorplans, matterports, etc.
- Assist photo editor with editing exterior photos
- Occasional other administrative tasks are assigned as needed to support Admin and photo editing team
- Content Creation
- Assist Lead Video Editor with editing client social media reels and videos
- Take notes at on-site studio shoots for editing purposes
- Occasionally attend photo shoots and capture behind-the-scenes photos and videos to be used for company social media, website, and more.
- Create graphics as needed for social media clients, including carousels, stories, logos, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Premier, Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Videography and Photography skills
- Video and Photo Editing skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong Presentation and Communication skills
- Strong Organizational Skills, primarily including Time Management and Prioritization
