**Role: Business System Analyst**

**Years of Experience: 6+ years**

**Location: Los Angeles, CA/Remote**

**Your responsibilities in this role will include**:

- 6+ years of experience working as Techno-Functional role.
- Good to have experience in Utilities domain.
- Experience is Workflow migration and Sharepoint.
- Experience in elicitation of requirements specific to business process automations at all scales, is a must.
- Good Experience in assessing SharePoint sites.
- Excellent communication, requirements elicitation & documentation skills.
- Quickly create functional requirements documents from multiple business units/functional areas and make it easily understandable by both technical team and business owners.
- Work independently and make decisions in accordance with technical team.
- Working with Business & Senior management to elicit Dashboard requirements.
- Provide essential input to other stakeholders so that plans are based on analysis of historical performance and real time data.
- Presenting requirements & collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Have familiarity with forecasting, budgeting and scheduling concepts.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents & User Stories.
- Experienced in Agile Scrum & SDLC methodologies.
- Ready to work with multi-vendor teams from distributed locations.

**Good to Have skills**:

- Experience in large scale modernization initiatives is a plus.
- Experienced in Data Analysis, Data Dashboards, SQL, BI Tools is good to have.
- Awareness of Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Awareness of UI Technologies
- Understanding of UX designs
