Description:
Provide customer service and solutions on internal technology projects
Identify emerging technological trends and drive innovation within the organization by proposing tech-driven solutions
Documents current state, partners with business to determine future state process, and prepares a plan for implementation of approved solution
Interviews, questions, and actively listens to customers' issues and challenges to fully understand the current state
Researches and provides options to customers to solve technical problems
Responds to and resolves intermediate questions
Documents processes with business teams
Reviews and improves application compliance processes with compliance team
Plans project tasks for specific process areas
Recommends remediation of solution conditions
Reviews reporting and recommends change using advanced tools
Makes recommendations and partners with business to determine the selected solution
Implements chosen solutions to business in a customer service, consultative methodology
Requirements:
2 or more years’ experience in technology-related positions providing customer service, needs analysis, and solutions to customer challenges
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED required
Skilled at listening, customer service, written and verbal communication, and compliance with rules and regulations
Understanding of scripting languages and API interfaces
Good understanding of emerging technologies and use cases in the Construction Industry
Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Tools and/or Microsoft 365
Possesses a problem-solving mindset, demonstrated customer services focus and understanding of systems and processes

Salary range for this role is $90,000 to $130,000 based on your skill set.
