**Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads and identify potential customers by understanding their needs and pain points.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM software.
- Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve lead generation and product offerings.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rates, and sales quotas.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Manage sales samples and marketing material requests.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and technologies.
- Compile and disseminate internal communications between sales and other departments.
- Must be proficient with the entire Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel knowledge.
- Must have an associate degree or completed college level course work.
