**Job Summary**:
The Accounts Receivable Assistant will review and verify that invoices were billed accurately as well as scan and file documentation electronically.

Minimum Education: None Minimum Years of Experience: 0-2 Specific Qualifications:
**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Audits and verifies accuracy of billing data and addresses any errors.
- Creates itemized invoices, and other necessary billing documents, which may require calculation of discounts.
- Performs other related duties, as assigned.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Ability to solve problems as they rise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
- Must have time management skills, organizational skills, multitasking skills, and detailed oriented.
- Be able to stay focused on tasks and have the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills including active listening and attentiveness.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
