About Us: we are a real estate investment company based out of Houston. We own and operate 180 rental units throughout Houston and Galveston. We are needing help with our day-to-day office tasks. We will train you on everything, but we do prefer that you have some office/clerical experience and **bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must** We're looking for someone very organized and reliable that can help us take our business to the next level

The tasks include but are not limited to:

- filing paperwork for evictions and going to court for the evictions
- filing/organizing our paperwork in the office (bills, receipts)
- sorting through mail
- dropping off notices at the rental units
- picking up rents, receipting rents, and depositing rents into account
- general errand running
- assisting us with the construction side of the business (helping us find certain materials or appliances)
- helping us coordinate our upcoming closings with lenders, insurance agents, title companies, etc.
- leasing - you also have the opportunity to do leasing for us for the vacant units we have. You will get a $200 commission for every unit you lease out. On average, we have between 2-4 vacant units per month.
