Our Fortune 500 client is seeking an experienced and highly creative** Experiential Designer-Print/Packaging** to join their dynamic Creative Team

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and develop innovative print and packaging designs that effectively communicate brand messages and meet client objectives.
- Produce high-quality mockups, prototypes, and final designs for various print and packaging projects, including but not limited to product packaging, labels, boxes, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay current with design innovations and competitive landscape.
- Utilize advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software to create precise and compelling designs.
- Prepare detailed technical specifications and print-ready files for production, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Utilize tools such as Figma to create and manage design projects, ensuring versatility and adaptability in design processes.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all print and packaging materials.
- Develop and document design standards and best practices for print and packaging projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience level: Experienced
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in print and packaging design, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of print and packaging design projects.
- Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Solid understanding of print production processes, materials, and finishing techniques.
- Experience working in an agency setting, with a desire to transition to the brand side.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Creative vision and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in digital design tools, including Figma, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
- Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a regulated industry (tobacco, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, etc).
- Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly packaging materials and practices.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software and rendering techniques.
- Experience with digital packaging design and e-commerce platforms.
