Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a**:Inside Sales Representative (Full-time)**

**Duties of Responsibility**:

- Develop and maintain effective customer relationships
- Possess strong verbal and written skills
- Demonstrate ability to achieve sales and profit goals
- Increase year over year customer spend
- Work with Director of Inside Sales to maintain thorough outbound call schedule
- Utilize CRM to log sales and call activity
- Work with field sales teammates to achieve territory goals
- Assist field sales with quote and sourcing activity
- Follow up quote and other sales opportunities
- Manage sales orders, minimums, back orders, lead times, delivery dates to exceed customer exception
- Assist Purchasing Managers with consistent inventory review and levels
- Communicate competitive intel to Product Managers
- Utilize viewers to manage an organized workflow
- Respond to customer needs with priority
- Always demonstrate positive and professional composure
- Participate in Product Knowledge, Agility and Sales training opportunities
- Comply with operational and pricing structures

**This position will be ideal for you, if you have**:

- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in inside sales or customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good organizational skills
- Comfortable with technology and learning new programs
