**Duties**:
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process

- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws

- Handle payroll processing and data collection
- Participate in meetings including strategic planning
- Utilize Paylocity for HR-related tasks
- Assist with employee issues related to discipline, benefits, attendance, etc.
- Manage social media presence related to HR initiatives
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in interviewing and recruitment processes
- Familiarity with employment labor laws
- Strong knowledge of human resources management practices
- Proficiency in payroll systems and data collection methods
- Experience in workforce management strategies
- Ability to work with Paylocity or similar HR software
- Understanding of organization policies and HR principles
- Skills in social media management for HR purposes
- Willing to adapt schedule to work related requirements and community involvement activities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to conduct professional presentations
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
