Specific
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain employee-owners records including but not limited to I-9 form, W4 form, and all other employee related documents, ensuring all forms are filled out correctly.
- Communicate the status of the employee-owner to recruitment by updating the applicant management database and sending out status notifications, as needed.
- Assist recruiters and medical department with various administrative tasks, as needed.
- Responsible for providing ad hoc reports to craft recruiting manager, as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications Required for this Position**
**_ Education _**- High School Diploma
**_ Experience_** **- 1-3 years’ experience in high volume customer service environment
