Job Summary:
The Bearsville Center in Woodstock NY is hosting a Green Living Festival this summer. Our objective is to further progress in planning for a greener future - protecting Woodstock’s natural ecology, lowering our transportation carbon footprint, reducing home energy use, promoting recycling and composting, and supporting the pollinator pathways. This is just one of many initiatives, festivals and projects we have going on, but the Green Living Festival is the main focus at the moment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research the initiatives that are already in progress
- Establish and maintain relationships key stakeholders
- Plan event details
- Anticipate and address potential problems
- Help to promote marketing of the event

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Knowledge of event marketing strategies

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.20 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
