About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Business and Brand Strategy
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business priorities and develop marketing strategies to achieve these objectives.
    • Develop and implement brand awareness and engagement strategies to grow and retain clients.
    • Coordinate and execute internal and external events to promote the bank's brand and services.
    • Develop and design marketing materials, including content, visuals, and campaigns, to support business objectives.
    • Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitors, and market data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Brand Communication
    • Develop and maintain the bank's brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all marketing channels.
    • Communicate brand guidelines and best practices to internal stakeholders and external partners.
    • Develop and execute social media strategies to engage with customers and promote the bank's brand.
    • Create and distribute press releases and other media materials to promote the bank's news and achievements.
  • Project Management/Administration
    • Partner with senior leadership to determine marketing budget and resource allocation.
    • Manage relationships with external marketing vendors and agencies.
    • Oversee the bank's website and online presence to ensure consistency and accuracy.
    • Administer marketing projects from concept to completion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of marketing or communications experience.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, advertising, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
